WYO Brain Integration — drug-free, non-invasive, based in kinesiology

Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique

A cutting-edge technique that improves the functioning of the brain — helping children and adults with ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, head trauma, and more.

What can Brain Integration address?

Learning

ADD, ADHD, dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities — Crossinology's strongest area.

Emotional wellbeing

Stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, addressed at the limbic system where emotions are stored.

Head trauma

Concussions and traumatic brain injury — clearing foggy-brain symptoms so you can get back to life.

Body & movement

Poor coordination, pain, and injuries through Muscle ReActivation.

Allergies & sensitivities

Seasonal and food-related allergies — desensitizing the body so it no longer reacts.

Memory & focus

Short-term, long-term, and working memory, attention and concentration — plus addictions.

How it works

Step 1

Book your initial session

Schedule your first appointment with Ruth. During this session, she'll complete your intake assessment, answer your questions, and begin your brain integration work. This is where the real work starts.

Step 2

Continue your protocol

The full protocol takes about 12 hours total. After your initial session, you'll schedule the remaining hours with flexible options for in-town clients, out-of-town travelers, or remote sessions for select needs.

Step 3

Results & ongoing support

One complete protocol achieves lasting integration. In most cases the results are permanent. Optional follow-up sessions are available for continued optimization, maintaining gains, addressing new challenges, or preventive care as life unfolds.

Meet Ruth

Ruth is a certified Crossinology Brain Integration Practitioner with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming, twelve years teaching health and PE, and a 2017 Wyoming Teacher of the Year award.

She found BIT the same way many clients do: after a concussion and years of quietly compensating for her own learning struggles. The results changed her life — and then her career.
